Constructing A. the Work Satisfaction Measures of the Teaching Staff of the College Departments of Physical Education in the University of Mosul

(109) (22) (8) (139) (130) (9) (85) (65%) (45) (35%) : ( ( ) ( ) : ( ) () () ( - ) () (6 ) : - .- .- .The Research aimed at :- Constructing work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul. - Recognizing the level of work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College departments of physical training in the University of Mosul.- Putting standard degrees of work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College/ departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul.The researchers have used the descriptive method of the scanning style. The research society was the staff of the College/ departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul. They were a total of (109) lecturers in the college of physical Education, (22) lecturers in the department of physical Education at the College of Basic Education, (8) lecturers in the department of physical Education at the College of Physical Education for girls. They altogether form a total of (139) lecturers of teaching staff. The research society had included (130) lecturers, yet (9) were excluded. They were chosen intentionally out of the research society . Then, the specimen were divided into two samples: the building sample which consisted of (85) lectures with a percentage of (65%); and the practicing one that consisted of (45) lecturers with a percentage of (35%). The work satisfaction measures, prepared by the researchers, were used as a tool to collect the data. The building process included: identifying the measuring fields, identifying the style of forming the measurement items, draft the items of each field, in addition to following the scientific procedures and steps of the measurement building which included the credibility of the contents, the credibility of the experts and the credibility of the construction . that is represented by :(the statistical analysis of the items using the styles of the opposed groups and the internal coordination). The statistical methods included : arithmetic mean, algorithm, standard deviation, Carl Pearson's reagent, standard degree, Pearson's reagent, (T) test, Spearman& Brown's formula, Alfa reagent, 6-Sigma degree, hypothetical medium and the percentage.The researchers concluded the following:- The process of constructing the work satisfaction measures of the teaching staff of the College departments of physical training in the University of Mosul has been achieved.- The staffs of the College departments of physical Education in the University of Mosul generally enjoy a positive satisfaction level that gives them the motivation for a good performance in their job.- Levels and standards degrees have been achieved with the work satisfaction measures.
