Abstract

. : : . : .The research tackled the biography of Kuttada Bin Da'ama Al- Sadoosy including his method of historical narration, his own believe and doctrine. Some of the traditional scholars accused him of being follower of Al Qadaria Doctrine, the fact that forced him to give up some of his thoughts related to that doctrine. The research proved that he hadnir hadn't been a follower of Al Qadaria, but had been a follower of Ahl Alsunna Wal Jama'a, and our evidence for this is that the six famous his narration and trusted him. They were unanimously agreed upon his owners of the books depended credibility of narrating Al Hadith. Kuttada was distinguished of being persistant of following up detaik. As for his attitude about AL-Isnad, he didnt depend on it at the beginning, as the traditional narrators. He used to say: I was told that Umar Bin Al-Khattab was that prophet Mohammed had said ----etc. Then, he adopted Al-Isand in his narration by saying: "I asked Mutraf and I asked Sa'ed Bin Al-Mussayab, and Anass Bin Malik had told us ---- etc. Thus, documentation of Al- Hadith was installed. Kuttada used to cite Quranic verses when narrating Al-Hadith and historical events, and he himself had said:- "There is no verse in the Holly Quran but I heard its interpretation in on of the Hadith or historical narration.
