Abstract

2002 . . ( ) . 2003 / 2008 .The Crisis of Iranian nuclear program arised on the international arena since 2002 after Mujahidi-khalq organization had explored the existence of Secret nuclear reactor in Iran . The Iranian government did not explore this to the International Agency for Atomic Energy . Since then , the crisis began to be complicated gradually and U.S.A threatened to handle this file to the Security Council in order to impose international sanctions on Iran . In the light of this crisis and in order not to face Iran militarily , E.U. had adopted through (Britain , Germany and France) holding negotiations with Iran to stop its program . These negotiations has started at the end of 2003 and has continued for more than four years . European states presented for Iran trade , economic and technical motives but all these efforts went in vain . This has pushed International Security Council to impose international Sanctions on Iran on March , 3 , 2008 . These sanctions has ended the negotiations between Iran and E.U. and has limited the issue with the international Agency .
