The effect of polysaccharides extracted from Pseudomonas aureginosa on the growth of Leishmania major promastigote in vitro

polysaccharides Pseudomonas aureginosa Leishmania major in vitro. , 50 / 3 36.3 250 / 3 81 96 . .This study include the effect of polysaccharides extracted from Pseudomonas aureginosa on the growth of leishmania major Promastigote in vitro .The results showed that the various concentration of polysaccharides has an inhibition effect on the growth of promastigote , the concentration of 50 mg/cm3 showed a 36.3 inhibition ratio while it is 81 at concentration of 250 mg/cm3 after 96 hour of exposing .Moreover the study showed that the extraction of polysaccharide effects on the number of generation and generation time , so that high concentration decreases the generation number and increase the generation time with the exposure time.
