. . . ( ) . . . . . .Abstract:Islam is an easiness religion. Our generous messenger Mohammad (May God Prayers be Upon Him) seeks ease for his nation but not over burdening and be away of embarrassment.This is a useful compendium that all Muslims should know. In the research, we have dealt with travel rules and morals, prayers collection and reduction (al- jam'a wa alqasr), and jurists attitudes. We tried as much as we could to refute and disprove those jurists fatwas concerning recent issues.Our research titled (Kifayat Almusafer) is divided into three sections with two topics for each. In the first section, thefirst topic, is devoted to travel conception and types, while the second topic is dealt with travel morals, Al-Hajj & Umrah.The second section is concerned with the traveler prayer, the Islamic travel duties called (Furoudh) is explained in the first topics, while the second topic dealt with what is called Al-Rawattib in the travel.The third section is dedicated to prayers collection (al-jam'a) and its types. In the first topic, the traveler collection of prayers is manifested, and the resident collection of prayers is discussed in the second one.Though many difficulties were faced while preparing this research due to juristic differences, plenty of references, and the difficulty of compromising and harmonizing all diversified related opinions, we could collect what have been agreed upon by most of jurists with regard to traveler rules.At the end, we ask almighty Allah to accept the good works and to be sincerely devoted for his sake.May God prayers be upon our prophet Mohammad, the messenger, and his kinsfolk, companions, and followers to the Day of Resurrection.
