(21) 2003 . : 1. .2. .The analysis of social relations is of a paramount significance for the coach for the simple fact that everyone can be innovative when placed in a position suitable for his nature. Such a person would feet secure and much more capable of achievement when he encounters a perceptive audience that appreciates his work. On the contrary, if he flees that he is rejected and his melieu is irresponsive to what he does, his morale would decrease and his performance would dwindle.We cannot accasionally interpret the bad records of a team with first-class players while a team with second or third -class players achieve better with almost a constant performance. Accordingly, researchers postulate that negligence or ignorance of studying the social factor is a problematic issue which workers and researchers in the varions disciplines must pay attention to in order to constitute a perfect team.This paper drives at expounding the nature of social relations relating the football players to one another at varions axes.The research sample consists of the players of Mosul Athletic Club who are 21 in number for the Year 2003.Results :1. There are not any players that are disregarded within the team.2. No Cliqnes formation within the team.
