0Soviet policy towards Jordan of its early stages has witness some obstacles for so many reasons, one of them is that Jordan refused opening diplomatic channels with U.S.S.R in order not to extend the communist influence during 1960 there was a gradual growth in Jordan. Soviet relation due to the wish of Jordan in finding a sort of balance in its international relations.
