The pattern of leadership personality and relationship with some personal variables of members of physical education and artistically units at the University of Mosul

( )The research aims at Knowing:1. the pattern of leading personality of members of physical education and artistically units at the University of Mosul.2. Showing the Differences between members of physical education and artistically units of the pattern Style of leadership personality according to their age.3. the differences between members of physical education and artistically units of the pattern of leading personality according to their achievement.The descriptive approach has been adopted, and the sample used in the research are (18) persons at (18) colleges, the scale of pattern of leading personality (DISC for coach) has been used to realized the study aims which was translated by ( Alswidan 2006) after modification and verification.The data were analyzed statistically by using the percentage rule, one way ANOVA, independent T test and alpha coefficient .The researcher concluded the following:1. The pattern of leading personality for members of physical education and artistically units in Mosul University are Steady style, Cautious, then Influential, and finally Dominant one.2. There are no moral differences between members of physical education and artistically units in Preference Style of leadership personality according to their age.3. (B.A) holders Prefer the dominant style more than (M.A) holders.4. There are no morale differences among (B.A&M.A) holders in their Preference of the Style of leading personality (Steady, Cautious, Influential).
