The Effect of Realistic Therapy in reducing Test Anxiety for student of the college of Education
Abstract
(20) / : (0,05) .The research aimed to know the impact 0f realistic therapy in reducing test anxiety for students of the college of Education. The sample consisted (20) third year students of the college of Education / university of Mosul. Those students according to their scores on a measurement, were suffered from test anxiety .Their scores on that a measurement were considered as apre-test .Then were divided into two groups. The experimental group was practiced the realistic therapy style through eight meetings of counseling. The control group did not practice any style. Using t-test for two dependent and independent groups, the results show statistical differences between the experimental group and the control one at (0, 05) level and for the benefit of the experimental group. In the light of those results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were given.
