The Desired Behavioral Traits in University Teacher from the Point of View of Heads of the Departments and Students at the College of Basic Education

(100) (20%) (10) (110) . . :- : .- ( ).- ( ).- .- .University plays the final role in preparing human resources of the community from various aspects , University teacher takes an efficient role in formulating these resources to be academically as well as morally prepared . Such a feature though demands the existence of some desired behavioral aspects in addition to the academic side .The study aims to identify these desired behavioral traits in University teacher from the point of view of heads of the departments and students at the College of Basic Education .The researchers used interview as a tool , reliability and stability were found the sample reached (100) students representing (20%) of the total society of fourth stage students , as for the heads of the departments sample reached (10), where the whole sample reached (110) .The potenial mean has been used for the knowledge of the importance extent for each trait and also the application of the T-test for two separate samples for the knowledge of the differences that were existed between the point of view of the heads of the departments and the students.- The results show that one of the important desirable behavioral traits for the universal lecturer from the point of view of the heads of the departments is : characterized by good manners , have the ability of class management ,withstand the responsibility effectively , hove high self confidence , sencerite in learning , correct the examination papers objectively and precisely . - The results show the agreement of the point of view of the students the point of view of the heads of the departments that the most important traits are (having good manner). - The point of view of the heads of the departments have been agreed with that of the students completely. with respect to sex also that the least trait importance is (his way of dealings is flexible). - The results show the existence of differences with statistical indication between the point of view of the heads of the departments and the students .- For the benefit of the heads of the department with no existences of indicated differences between the point of view of the students of both sexes.
