Psychological Burnout among Basket Ball Referees

(15) ( ) : :- .- .- .The research aimed to define the following variation in the degree of psychological Burnout phenomena among Basket Ball Referees according to the variable of Referee degree (international and first). The research aimed to define the following variation in the degree of psychological Burnout phenomena among Basket Ball Referees according to the variable of Referee degree (international and first in education). The research sample consisted (12) Referees chosen according to the deliberate method (6) from international degree. degree retirees and (6) from first degree referees all actually registered in list of the Branch federation of Iraqi Basket Ball.The research used measure of psychdgical Burnout of the sport Refer which consists (s) tool stamen after the applicability and accuracy of tool was determined the data were statistically processed using a Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearsons simple relation coefficient, and the T-test. The Research concluded the following:No significant differences exist in psychological Burnout phenomena among Basket Ball Referees according to the variable of remine degree.No significant differences exist in psychological Burnout phenomena among Basket Ball Referees according to the degree in education.The research remanded the following:- Emphasize on psychotically preparing of referees in additional to the physical preparation in order to contract the matches in an efficient way and establishing physical courses and psychological courses to sharpen the referee senses and in order to find self successfully in the duty of referee.
