A Comparative Study between the View points of Physical Education Academia about the roles of Athletic Clubs in Nineveh Center in Attracting Athletes
Abstract

It expresses the behaviour and interaction of pupils through some rules of direct effect in the relation between athletes in social image expressing the spirit of sport and its role in Creating opportunities for Competition, recreation and Cooperation with others. The researcher Considers Clubs important athletic organizations because they are a major supporter for higher Ievels athletes as well as social organizations which aim to meet human needs of varied services as educational, teaching and training organizations. To fulfill their jobs successfully, they need qualified leaders to work with varied people from different aspects of life like administrators, trainers co_ trainers, audience and players. It is eventually that each group include individuals varrying in their academic, social, economical and moral levels, thus, they vary in trends, attitudes and behaviours setting the stage for differences or conflicts which are in turn a form of social interaction. The current research aims to know the differences between the views of physical education academia about the role of athletic clubs in Nineveh governarrate in attracting athletes.The researcher adopted the descriptive method due to its appropriateness. The sample was (82) M.A and Ph.D. holders. The researcher used a survey made by Imad Salih Abdulhaq (2005). As for the statistical means used, they were mathematical means, standard deviation, hypothetical average, ratio conjunction factor and T.test. The researcher concluded the decreased role made by athletic clubs at the Center of Nineveh governarate in attracting athletes. The researcher necessitate that physical education academia have some effective role in athletic Clubs.
