Abstract

This research is an attempt to clarifiy the concept of confiscation. It is the recovery and taking the possessions from the executives who captured the possession without any right and bring it back to the Muslims treasury. Neverthless ,the concept of confiscation moved away from its aims. It became an instrument to liquidation in the new officials hand against the previous executives .However,Islam does not accept such behaviors and sharia (Islam law) consider that against its doctrine.
