A Comparative study of decision making between trainers of sport games and their managers in Mosul university

Recognizing the differences in decision making skill among trainers of sport games and their managers.The descriptive approach was used, the sample included (18) managers and (15) game trainers distribution on (18) colleges for the academic year (2009-2010).In collecting the data,(al momeni & al qudat , 2005, 21) decision making questionnaire was used that employee for Kindergarten Principals in Northern Region in Jordan, and addition it after verifying there validity and reliability.The data was analyzed statistically by using the percentage, (T- test) one sample, independent sample (T test) . The researcher concluded the following:1. A trainers of sport games and their managers have good decision making ability. 2. The existence of significant differences between trainers of sport games and their managers in decision making and in favor of managers .
