Abstract

. . ( ) . ( ) : . .Poetry is part of the human soul, and it is the soul of language with which it accompanies and passes through life stages, and share the human being his pleasure and sorrow. Rhythm is considered part of these souls because it accompanies him in his regular heart beatings. We have found that rhythm in the poetry of Abi Marwan Al-Juzairy Al-Andalusy might be a field that the researcher's writes about; this poet whose pen has covered his poetry rhythm in spite of the attraction it contains when reading. The plan came firstly with a preface then two sections and a conclusion. The preface includes rhythm definition, its importance and a biography of the poet. Then, the first topic deals with studying the (external rhythm) in two branches; the first was devoted for the poetic meters which were divided into single meters and compound meters, whereas the second branch was devoted for rhyme, where light as shed on it and its letters, movements, types and defects. While the second section has studied the (internal rhythm) which contains three branches: the first includes the rhetorical beautifiers, within it, homophony was studied, opposition, reversives antonymy, returning the second hemistich to the first hemistich, antonym, rhyme scheme and assonance. The second shares the repetition including letters repetition and words repetition, while the third contains the acoustic clusters which made on producing a special indicative rhythm in Al-Juzairy's texts. The conclusion includes the most important results which the researcher reached, then the research ended up in presenting a list which contains the sources and the references which the research requires.
