Abstract

. (74) (25%) . (37) (20) (17) . : ( ) . (t-test) . (9) . . .The present work aims at the investigation of training needs of kindergarten teachers in cognitive and personal efficiency. The sample, which was chosen according to the random selection method, consisted of 14 teachers representing a percentage of 25% of the research population.The research depended on a 20 items questionnaire prepared by the researcher to determine the training needs of these teachers. The items show the required efficiency in the work of kindergarten teachers. The cognitive efficiency included 20 items while the personal efficiency represented 17 items, in front of each item there are three alternative answers to express the level of needs: 1 to a large extent 2-fair 3-low. They were applied on the sample individuals often making sure of these validity and reliability. The data were processed using the arithmetic means, standard deviations, t-test and Pearson coefficient factor. The results show that there are 9 items represent a necessary need for training in the fields of cognitive efficiencies, There are also 8 items which represent the training needs of kindergarten teachers in personal efficiency. On the basis of the results, a number of recommendations was provided.
