The partial purpose of retaliation according to Imam Ibn Al-Hammam

This research included the partial purpose of retaliation according to Imam Ibn Al-Humam, and followed the inductive and analytical approach. It was divided into an introduction and two sections. The first section: defining the terms of the title, while the second section: the partial purpose of retaliation in an independent section. As for studying these issues and arranging them in three stages, documenting Ibn Al-Humams words and then studying the issue, and finally concluding with a brief summary of the issue, then concluding the research with a conclusion, including the most important results that were reached, then mentioning the most important sources and references that were relied upon in this research.
