Abstract

Measurement is considered one of the important sources that researchers should pay attention to. It is the fourth source of legislation after the Quran, Sunnah, and consensus. Scholars, both ancient and modern, have shown interest in it, including Imam Al-Juwayni, the author of the book "Nihayat al-Matlab," which is one of the most important and largest books in Shafi'i jurisprudence.This research consists of an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction highlights the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, research methodology, and the research plan.The first section defines measurement, its significance, pillars, and provides a brief overview of the book "Nihayat al-Matlab" and Imam Al-Juwayni.The second section presents various examples of jurisprudential issues based on measurement in the book of expenditures.The conclusion discusses the research findings, recommendations, and highlights key
