The capabilities of the distinguished and gifted school administrations in enriching the curricula in the light of contemporary global experiences from the point of view of their male and female teachers
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the capabilities of the distinguished and talented school administrations in enriching the curricula in light of contemporary global experiences from the point of view of their male and female teachers. They were chosen randomly, and to achieve the goal of the research, it required the preparation of a questionnaire to measure the capabilities of the distinguished and talented schools administrations in enriching the curricula, after being presented to a group of professors who are judged in the field of educational sciences and teaching methods. Then, the two researchers applied it to the research sample, and after collecting the data and analyzing it statistically using the Pearson correlation coefficient, the percentage, the (z-test) and the (t-test) test for one sample, the two researchers reached the following results:1- The percentage of capabilities of distinguished and talented school administrations in enriching curricula in light of contemporary global experiences according to the teachers viewpoint and for all paragraphs (79.42%) and from .The viewpoint of the teachers, for all sections, was (75.28%) .2- There is no statistically significant difference between the two male and female teachers viewpoints regarding the extent of the talents and distant school administrations to enrich the curricula in light of contemporary global experiences.3- There is a difference of statistical significance between the average achieved, from the point of view of male and female teachers separately, and the hypothetical mean, meaning that there is a difference in favor of the achieved arithmetic average. The two researchers came out with a set of conclusions in light of the research results, and also presented a number of recommendations in addition to proposals.
