Abstract

The rulings of the Noon Sakina and the Tanween are divided into four rulings, which are immersion with singularity and without singularity, appearing, reversing, and concealing. The scholars unanimously agreed on the manifestation of these six letters: (E, H, H, H, G, K.). Ibn Al-Jazari mentioned that Abu Jaafar disagreed about two letters, namely: (G, K), and the rest read it in appearance. Ghanna is obligatory in the stressed Noon and Meem in the case of endowment and wasl, whether it occurs at the end of a word or in the middle, and whether it is in a letter, a noun or a verb, and the amount of ghanna is two movements.
