Jeweler religious school in Mosul its inception and management1250 - 1421 AH / 1834 - 2000 AD
الملخص
It is found that Al-Sa'igh religious school dates back to the Ottoman era and that Abdul – Rahman Jalabi Al-Sa'igh built the school in 1250 A.H. / 1834. Its structure is designed according to the Mosuli architectural Model, which is an example of the Mosuli Islamic school.
Al- Sa'igh School has an internal system which is related to the teaching curricula or to the type of the sciences taught such as mental and traditional sciences. It consists of a staff comprising the pupils, the teachers, service officials and others. The school had a big library containing many books and documents.
The school had many waqfs (endowments) run by those in change according to the conditions of waqfs.
As the school has been neglected and the teaching processes have been discontinued and its structures have been destroyed, the Nineveh education directorate has controlled it because it is considered a waqf.
