For the importance of Al-Hamidi's literary and cultural personality, the study involves some of the characteristics of his literature - in poetry and prose - in order to be an entry point for the introduction of the book, understanding its objectives and the purpose of its writing. Thus, the study dealt with his book "Jathwat-almuktabas" , based on a brief presentation of the references of the book and its approach and the what had been said about the links between it and other oriental or Andalusian books. The nature of the study required to indicate part of it in its proper place, and the study also addressed aspects of what the Jathwa Book has involved of literary and historical value. And what has been occupied by this book- despite of being one volume- from the writings and Andalusian effects, also what is characterized by brief feature on artistic writing levels and his literary and historical value style.
