Abstract
The state of the Almoravids is one of the Islamic countries that were established on a religious and scientific basis. Since the departure of Prince Yahiya bin Ibrahim Al-Jedali to perform the Hajj and his meeting on his way back with the jurist Abu Imran Al-Fasi, Sheikh of the Maliki's in the city of Kairouan, Prince Yahiya admired the jurist Abu Imran and asked him directly to send with him One of his students asked him to teach the people of the desert the laws of the Islamic religion and show them what is permissible and what is forbidden. Finally, the choice fell on the young jurist Abdullah bin Yassin al-Jazouli, who did the task best and endured many hardships and difficulties for the sake of the objective for which he came. A strong unified state in the far west of the Islamic world, and he continued to carry out his message until his martyrdom in one of the battles with those who left the religion.After that, the Maliki jurists inherited the religious and spiritual authority, which was a source of strength and support for the rulers of the Almoravids state, so that any prince among them would not cut off an order without consulting the jurists and obtaining their approval, and the situation continued in this form of friendliness and agreement between the prince and his entourage of jurists until the end of the state era.
