Prosecution ruling in worship
Abstract
Prosecution is one of the issues in which the scholars differed between what is prohibited and permissible, as it indicates the breadth and diversity of Islamic jurisprudence, as it is mercy for the helpless and the weak, and this mercy is most prominent in the prosecution. God does not burden a soul beyond its power, and if the matter is difficult, then it is permissible for others to block the place of their brothers, and the prosecution was not restricted to the living, so it was allowed for the dead as well, and the wise street did not excuse the prosecution in purely physical acts of worship for wisdom: The aim of it is affliction and testing, and it is only achieved If a person entrusts himself with it, the more the matter becomes narrower, the wider the matter, and Hajj is the best witness to it. Prosecution in acts of worship is one of the issues that a Muslim should know in order to make up for the obligatory duties that he missed, shortening or inability to perform them.
