The Attitude of the Lebanese Forces Party on the political developments in Lebanon 1987-1990
Abstract
Lebanon has witnessed during the period of its modern and contemporary history the emergence of many political right-wing and left-wing forces and parties, (Lebanese Forces) comes in its forefront as one of the most prominent right-wing Christian forces that succeeded during the Lebanese Civil War to gain a broad popular base within the Lebanese Christian community, especially the eastern region of Beirut. A prominent role in the political and military events throughout the war years, especially my years (1987-1990), which is considered one of the pivotal years in the war. There have been many attempts to end the Lebanese crisis and serious movements by Lebanese political actors and figures and regional and international countries. Concerned about Lebanese affairs to find a Lebanese internal political consensus, to prevent a presidential vacuum in 1990, and to stop the war permanently.
