Turkish Iranian Relations Between Cooperation and Competition 1991-2001

This paper deals with the Turkish-Iranian Relations during the last decade of the previous Century which were between improvement and tension in its political aspect and cooperation and competition in its economic and security aspect.The paper also handles internal and external factors which controlled the path of relations between two states as well as obstacles which stood against any development and improvement of these relations.
