Then study this subject in Iraq andit's border countries (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, turkey, Iran, andKuwait)) in period 2003-2009 through using corruption indicator fromworld bank and control of corruption index from internationaltransparency organization, the result of research Iraq is occupied lastposition in this indicators and Iran, and Jordan was the first andKuwait.
