The research aims at explaining the nature of political systemin Jordan by showing the gist of the research and there is a sort ofa burse in distributing the three powers: they are executive,legislative and juridical powers. It is clear through out the paperthat there is on a control and hold for the executive powerupon the legislative one.This has created a sort of misbalance in the politics betweenboth powers and upon the structure of the political systemnegatively all over the country. : .
