Building a regulatory health measure for youth and sports centers in The Kurdistan Region of Iraq From the point of view of its employees
Abstract
In the 21st century, management is more important than technology. Human beings are the basis of administrative work, administrative work is interspersed with many attitudes that makes director faces different types of individuals, complex types of problems that he has to take an act or behavior, the extent to which such behavior affects performance of workers and their level of achievement, and thus ability of youth and sports bodies to achieve their goals.The current research aims to build a measure of the organizational health of youth and sports centers in Kurdistan Region of Iraq from the point of view of workers. Researchers relied on descriptive approach due to its suitability, a set of statistical means were used to achieve researchs goal, such as (arithmetic medium, standard deviation, correlation factor, T-Test value), researchers achieved a measure of organizational health in youth and sports centers of Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
