Abstract

Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti (849-911 AH / 1445-1505 CE) is considered one of the most prominent scholars of Egypt in the Mamluk era, among those who lived through the end of the Mamluk era Hafiz, playwright and writer, Al-Suyuti became one of the most prominent men of the scientific, literary and religious movement during the ninth century AH when his scientific activity included all branches of science. His era was rich in the preparation of prominent scholars who had a long history in the sciences of religion and language in all its branches, so he was influenced by these scholars such as Alam al-Din al-Balqini and Muhyi al-Din al-Kafiji, as he had trips in seeking knowledge that included all regions in Egypt, as he continued his trips to the countries of Levant, Yemen, India, Morocco, Hijaz and others. he has many works that approached 600 works in various sciences, ranging from what is a big book, what is a small book, and what is a treatise. The scholars of his time praised him a lot, for example ((the Hanafi grammarian, the poet, he was a scholar who was pious and literary, collected from teaching and benefiting.
