The will of Performance of administrative members of clubs in governorate of Dohuk

. ( 1989) (55) . ( ) . The research aimed at identifying the will of performance of administrative members of clubbers of clubs in Dohuk. It also aimed at identifying the effect of age, number of years spent as a member in the club and social status and education. Will of performance measures developed by (Nader, 1989) is used with a sample of 55 members working in 6 clubs. The test, person correlation coefficient and analysis of variance are used. The results indicated there is a strong will of performance for the sampled members while the studied variables had no significant effect on the will of performance
