Obstacles to Scientific Research from the Point of View of Holders of Higher Degrees in the Field of Physical Education in the Nineveh Education Directorate
Abstract
The study aimed at identify the obstacles on scientific research among holders of higher degrees in the specialty of physical education in the education of Nineveh. The study tool of the study was a questionnaire consisting of (41) items distributed into (6) areas, while the research sample consisted of (48) teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Physical Education. Nineveh Education, and the study resulted in the results of research obstacles facing the teaching staff and preventing them from carrying out scientific research in an optimal manner. Researchers have And the low level of obstacles related to professional growth related to scientific research for teachers, and the researcher recommended providing material and moral support to researchers who carry out the best scientific research in the field of physical education, facilitating the participation of researchers in internal and external scientific conferences, providing facilities for researchers to publish in sober local and international scientific journals, and holding courses developmental statistics and measurement for researchers in the Nineveh Education Directorate.
