The Rules of Inquiring in Islamic Legislation

( ) : .The research aims to discuse (Law question in Islam Jurispundence study). The research depends on the method of analyses Jurispundence attitudes in studying the verses of Quxan and sunna. The research includes two pointes , the first one declare the meaning of Law question according the language and term , in addition to explaine the meaning of leters of Law question. The second point refers to the division of legal judgment and its results emerges of the Law question divisions , motivations , and its legal Jurispundence. The Pesults wich the research fixes are the importance of legal question by the holy sharea for instance , puretance far prayer fasting and legal taxes , In addition to concepting of legal and ilegal acording sharea of Islam, especially in finance treatments , above all , what we have to understand our duties wich (Allah Tala) comfirmed in noble Quran and sunna of the prophet (God praised him) .
