The problem of the research lies in the absence of special measuring tools for this issue .The research aims at:1. Constricting a measure of psychological tendency of emotionally Handicapped towards practicing sports .2. Measuring the level of Handicapped tendency towards practicing sports significance of according to the items of the measuring.3. Knowing the significance of differences at the levels of disability.The researcher followed the descriptive method which suits the nature of the survey research, the sample of the research was chosen intentionally by the researcher which was (754) of motion ally Handicapped , The researchers depended on(45) , The measuring tool was applied on a sample of (200) motion ally handicapped. The results of the statistical analysis were as follows:1. The validity of the items of the tool which was designed to measure the tendency of motion ally Handicapped towards practicing sports.2. Motion ally Handicapped tendencies towards practicing sports were positive. 3. There are no difference towards practicing sport between (the double dismemberment and the dismemberment of the upper limb under the elbow).
