Muhammedian Association and its Branchesin Mosul 1908-1909

31 1909 1876 ( ) ( ) .The research deals with the events of the counter-revolution of the 31 st of March revolution,1909 which took place in Istanbul after the announcement of reapplication of the Ottoman constitution which was stopped in 1876. Shortly after that ,the Muhammedian association was founded (the Muhammedian Union) which has a religious characteristic in its appearance ; in reality, it has a political aim i.e. to stand against the New Era (AL-Itihad wa AL-Taraqi Association ).The research also deals with opening a new branch for the association in Mousl, the members and their supporting attitude towards sultan Abdul Hameed the second, and finally, the attitude of AL-Itihad wa AL-Taraqi Association towards this association.
