Management by expectation in the colleges of Baghdad University in the light of the Kaizen methodology from the viewpoint of its administrative leaders

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the administration with the exception in the colleges of the University of Baghdad in the light of the casein methodology. The descriptive analytical method has been used, and the research community has been empowered by administrative leaders in the colleges of Baghdad University. The study sample reached (50) To achieve the results of the research, a tool (questionnaire) consisting of three areas (administrative empowerment - time management - participation in decision making) was prepared with (6) paragraphs for each field. The tool was judged by a number of specialists to ensure its honesty and reliability. Statistical processing: After field application of the research tool, the information provided was blanked, and statistically analyzed with the adoption of manual dumping of open responses. SPSS was used using the iterations, averages and standard deviations program to analyze results. The most important results of the research: the first goal: The weakness of the reality of decentralized management of the deans of the Faculties of Baghdad University. As the average of the sample scores reached (32,198) degrees with a standard deviation of (6,432) degrees, which is smaller than the theoretical average of the questionnaire of (54) degrees. The second goal: Depending on the functional location variable The results of the research indicated that there are no differences related to statistical evidence, which makes the views convergent between the responses of the administrative leaders.
