Abstract

(13/10/2004) (15/12/2004) . . . : . .The research aimed at constructing a training program for developing the skills at writing and verifying stimulates of the students of special education .The sample of the research consisted of special education in the primary college of education, university of Mosul . The sample consisted of 12 male and female students. Me scholar adopted the one-groupe experimental design . the tools used in the research consisted of two note lists. The first for measuring the skill of writing, the second for measuring the skill of verifying stimulates. The validity of the tools was checked by submitting both lists to a group of experts .While checking the reliability was achieved by checking the reliability of the observers. A second observer was trained to use lists then to find the avareg of agreement among the observers. The final from of the note list for the skill of writing consisted of 16 items while that of verifying stimulates consisted of 18 items. The training program consisted of two sections. The fives on included the hypothetical constitutes of the skill of writing and the skill of verifying. The second section included the practical training of the skills usimg the lecheneque of minimized education for training students and under-traing teachers . The training program was submitted to a group of experts to check its validity . The scholar applied the program in the first term of the year 2004-2005 . Before starting, a before test was made . After applying, an after tast was made. The scholar observed the students of the samples in schools during their training period and marking their performance in bathe akills of research . The period of the program took from 13-10-2004 to 15-12-2005 . After applying the training program was tinted, bathe skills were measured to check out the scariness of the research hypotheses . The test was used to process data of two joined groups . the results showed static differences between the before and the after tests for the skill of writing and in favor of the before test and it showed that there is no static differences between the after and the failed test because the averages were close to each other .On the other hand, it showed static difference between the before test and the after test fore the skill of verifying stimulates of the after test of the group and showed no static difference between the after and the field test because of the close average . In the light of the results , recommendations were constructed to make use of the training program pf this research . The scholars suggested to make a similar study for the teaching skills and for students of institutes of male and female teachers.
