The starting points of positivist theory appeared at the beginning of the Greek philosophical lesson, and its dimensions were formed in ancient Western and Arabic linguistic studies until it became a tributary of contemporary linguistic achievement. Linguistic Positivism connotation formed a major component of scientific investigations in the philosophical lesson, given the nature of research in the philosophical lesson based on understanding the reality of existents, which It is reached by means of nomenclature. They investigated language in order to understand existence as it should be, and therefore their discussions were characterized by theoretical depth and logical dimension at the same time. Therefore, in this research, we must provide an appropriate presentation to find out the roots of (positivistic theory) and its monopolization of the interests of philosophers, starting from Greek philosophy and passing through the philosophers. Muslims, then contemporary philosophy, showing the importance of the philosophical vision in determining the position and social contract on this symbolic system called (language).
