الملخص

اتبعت فرنسا خلال المرحلة الاستعمارية سياسة السيطرة المباشرة على مستعمراتها في افريقيا، وبعد استقلالها وتحررها عن الاستعمار الفرنسي خلال المدة من 1956 الى 1977، سعت فرنسا بكل الوسائل الى ضمان سيطرتها على مستعمراتها السابقة، ولأجل ذلك تبنت سياسة فرانس أفريك، بيد ان هذه السياسة أصبحت محل رفض واسع من الدول الافريقية رسميًا وشعبيًا، مما أضطر فرنسا الى إعادة النظر بسياستها تجاه افريقيا، وكان أوضح صور هذا التغير بعد تولي الرئيس الفرنسي (إيمانويل ماكرون) السلطة عام 2017، وتبنيه سياسة جديدة تجاه افريقيا، وتوسيع نطاق حركته الى مناطق افريقية لم تكن ضمن الاستعمار الفرنسي سابقاً، وركز في زياراته الى افريقيا على قضايا عدة منها: الامن الغذائي، والتنمية وريادة الاعمال وحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية والتعليم والثقافة.
