الملخص

يتناول البحث دور السلام المستدام في تعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية، من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين حالتي انغولا وكولومبيا كدولتين شهدتا صراعات طويلة الأمد، ثم انتقلتا إلى مرحلة ما بعد الصراع يهدف البحث تحليل مدى تأثير تحقيق السلام على قدرة هذه الدول في استعادة موقعها في الاقتصاد العالمي، وجذب الاستثمارات، وتوسيع الشراكات الدولية.


يركّز البحث على مفهوم السلام المستدام، الذي لا يقتصر على غياب العنف، بل يشمل معالجة جذور النزاع، وبناء مؤسسات قوية، وتوفير بيئة آمنة ومستقرة تدعم التنمية الاقتصادية، كما يستعرض التجربتين الكولومبية والأنغولية من حيث المسار السياسي والأمني، وسياسات إعادة الإعمار، ومدى النجاح في تحسين مناخ الاستثمار وتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي الدولي
