الملخص
يحاول البحث دراسة احد اهم التنظيرات المعاصرة في ادارة السياسات سواء على المستوى الداخلي او الخارجي، وهو مفهوم النيكروبوليتيك (السياسة الموتية)، الذي صاغه المفكر الكاميروني (اشيل مبيمبي)، وحاول من خلاله بيان كيف يصبح الموت هو النقطة او المرحلة الاولى في ادارة السياسات، وهذا ما يتوافق مع السياسات الصهيونية في ادارة حربها مع الفلسطينيين، والتي بحسب (مبيمبي) لا تخرج عن السلوك الاستعماري الذي مارسته الدول الغربية قبلاً، لا سيما وانها تستند في ذلك الى مرجعية دينية تبرر لها الشرعية والاحقية في القتل والابادة الى جانب تأييد او صمت دولي على هذه السياسيات.
