الملخص

الايغال في الزمن اثبت بان الاستراتيجية الامريكية أتجاه الصين أتسمت بالتبدل والتغيير. وارتبط ذلك بمجموعة من المعطيات والاحداث. والحدث الأهم في تطور التفاعل بين البلدين هو جائحة كورونا لأنها حدث استثنائي، ويتخطى حدود قدرة دولة واحدة، وأخضعت مهارة الدول للاستجابة للاختبار الحقيقي. تتجلى إشكالية البحث في تعدد الرؤى حول مدى سعي الولايات المتحدة لاستغلال الجائحة كثغرة استراتيجية لتقويض الصعود الصيني، والحد من توسعها العالمي. ووفقاً لذلك، يتشكل السؤال الرئيس في الاتي: كيف أثرت جائحة كورونا في تغيير الاستراتيجية الامريكية أتجاه الصين. وعلى هذا الاساس تم صياغة الافتراض وفق الاتي: تعد جائحة كورونا بمثابة "ثغرة استراتيجية" بالنسبة للصين، تحاول الولايات المتحدة توظيفها لتقويض الصعود الصيني في القرن الحادي والعشرين بوصفه تهديداً لهيمنة الولايات المتحدة على النظام الدولي. في الختام، كلما تعاظم السلوك الصيني من اجل التمدد العالمي بهدف تقويض الهيمنة الاحادية وبناء عالم متعدد الاقطاب، سيشهد توظيف مستدام للثغرات الاستراتيجية في لأداء الاستراتيجي الامريكي ضد الصين، والمعطيات الحالية ترسخ مسار التصعيد المتحكم فيه.
