الملخص
يناقش البحث ظاهرة عسكرة الإقتصاد في الأنظمة العربية التي شهدت العديد من الإنقلابات العسكرية، أدت الى هيمنة المؤسسة العسكرية على جميع مفاصل النظام السياسي في بعض الدول العربية، عبر تعيين العديد من الضباط بمناصب حيوية ووزارات مهمة دون الإستعانة بالنخبة المدنية، فضلاً عن تأييدها للإنفاق العسكري الكبير للقوات المسلحة الذي شكّل تكلفة إقتصادية كبيرة أثقلت ميزانيات الدول العربية، إذ كانت معدلات الإنفاق العسكرية تفوق الناتج المحلي، ومن ثم تحتاج هذه الأنظمة الى مصادر تمويل أخرى لديمومة هذا التمويل.
