تأثير التنمية المستدامة في تعزيز قدرات الدول لمواجهة الأزمات: الصين خلال جائحة COVID-19 أنموذجا
الملخص
يستكشف هذا البحث الدور المحوري للتنمية المستدامة في تعزيز قدرة الدول على مواجهة الأزمات العالمية، مستخدم تجربة الصين خلال جائحة كوفيد-19 كدراسة حالة، إذ يشير أولا إلى أن العديد من الدول، سيما النامية منها، تفتقر إلى بنية تحتية للتنمية المستدامة، مما يجعلها أكثر عرضة للمخاطر، كما يؤكد البحث أن التنمية المستدامة لم تعد مقتصرة على المستوى البيئي فحسب، بل هي نظام شامل يضم الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، ويهدف إلى تحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد وحماية حقوق الأجيال القادمة.
وخلص البحث إلى أن نجاح الصين الباهر في السيطرة على الجائحة لم يكن وليد الصدفة، بل كان ثمرة عقود من الإصلاحات التنموية الشاملة، وتحسين البنية التحتية، والاستجابة التكنولوجية السريعة. وتُظهر تجربة الصين الأهمية البالغة لحكومة قوية ذات رؤية ثاقبة قادرة على الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد خلال الأزمات. ويوصي البحث الدول عامة بأن تحذو حذو النموذج الصيني من خلال دمج السياسات البيئية في التخطيط الاقتصادي، وإعطاء الأولوية للتعليم والابتكار التكنولوجي، والنظر إلى الاستقرار السياسي والعدالة الاجتماعية باعتبارهما حجر الزاوية في قدرة الدول على مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية.
