الملخص

تسعى الدراسة للوقوف على ماهیة الدوافع التی تحرکت من خلالها إدارة الرئیس "دونالد ترامب" بنقل السفارة الأمریکیة من تل أبیب إلى مدینة القدس فی 6 کانون الأول/دیسمبر 2017، والتنبؤ بالتداعیات المحتملة لهذا القرار، وانعکاساته على السیاسة الأمریکیة تجاه قضیة القدس، مع تسلیط الضوء على العوامل المؤثرة والمتمثلة بدور مؤسسات صنع القرار، والمناخ السیاسی الأمریکی الداخلی، وطبیعة البیئة الدولیة. کما وتتناول الدراسة الأهداف المرجوة للقرار وأدوات التنفیذ، وتداعیاته السیاسیة والقانونیة والدیموغرافیة، وعلى العلاقات العربیة-الأمریکیة. وتنطلق الدراسة من فرضیة رئیسة مفادها، "وجود علاقة ودور للنخبة المتنفذة فی صناعة السیاسة الخارجیة الأمریکیة فی عهد ترامب، والقرار الأمریکی بنقل السفارة الأمریکیة للقدس". وسوف تستند الدراسة بالتحلیل على عدة مناهج، هی:(منهج نخبة القوة، والمنهج السلوکی، والمنهج البنیوی، منهج صنع القرار).
