Abstract

The right to protect children from exploitation, violence and abuse is one of the basic and vital rights that relate to building the human being and that are directly related to building society, hence the importance of researching the suffering caused by hostilities for this group, starting with a lack of education, food and health services, as well as the deterioration of their condition. Mental. The research aims to demonstrate the impact of hostilities on detained children as well as their impact on their education, and to address them through the statement of laws, procedures and means that are a guarantee for the protection of their rights and defined in national laws and to determine the extent and compatibility with international conventions. Among the most important recommendations that we have reached is a joint international appeal to activate the international mechanisms to apply it on the ground to actually be an umbrella of protection and safety for these children, adopting national laws to protect the rights of the child and dedicating the efforts of governmental institutions to rehabilitate children affected by the impact of hostilities, linking them with their families, and working on rehabilitation programs Inclusion and psychological, physical and mental rehabilitation.
