تقدیر المیزالازین طیفیاً بالاعتماد على معقد الشحنة المنتقلة -nπ باستعمال کاشف بارا- برومانیل

الملخص
تم وصف طریقة طیفیة سهلة وحساسة لتقدیر المیزالازین بشکله النقی وفی مستحضراته الصیدلانیة (الأقراص والکبسول). تعتمد الطریقة على التفاعل بین المیزالازین والکاشف بارا- برومانیل بوجود محلول البورات المنظم عند دالة حامضیة pH9 مکونا معقد الشحنة المنتقلة ذی لون ارجوانی یمتلک أقصى امتصاص له عند 346 نانومیتر. أمکن تطبیق قانون بیر ضمن مدى التراکیز 12-0.48 مایکروغرام/مللتر فی حین کانت الامتصاصیة المولاریة 6.5 ×103 لتر.مول1-سم1-. بلغ حد الکشف 0.053 مایکروغرام/مللتر ومعدل نسبة الاسترجاع 98.04% فی حین کان الانحراف القیاسی النسبی أفضل من 1.70%. تمت دراسة طبیعة المعقد فکانت 1:1 ومیکانیکیة التفاعل. طبقت الطریقة بنجاح فی تقدیر المیزالازین فی مستحضراته الصیدلانیة بشکل أقراص وکبسول بدقة وتوافق جیدین. کما تم مقارنة الطریقة المقترحة مع الطریقة القیاسیة فی الدستور البریطانی.
