The biological effect of the filtration of certain fungi on seeds

The study of biological effect of Fusarium solani, Alternaria Alternate Aspergillus sp. culture filtrates showed an effect on seed germination, shoot and root length of Wheat, Sesame & Pea after seed soaking with Fusarium solani. Alternaria alternate & Aspergillus sp. culture filtrates for periods, 0,6,12,24 hour, It was also shown that these culture Filtrates have an effect on mycelium growth & spores germinationof Fusariurn solani, Alternaria alternate & Aspergillussp. at concentrations of 0,5,10,50%.
